All year round. Semand is high, so I would encourage you to get in touch early.

Mathieu was absolutely phenomenal. He went above and beyond not only to cook us delicious food but to teach us a bit about the French culture and interesting information about life in Alpe d'Huez. He was friendly and funny and just such a wonderful addition to our holiday. His food was exceptional and he put in so much effort to make sure we were well looked after. Would come again just for Mathieu!

We had a fantastic experience with Larddestraditions. Our chef, Mathieu, was an absolute legend, he went the extra mile throughout our stay, shared his homemade génépi and limoncello, and even gave us great local ski tips. He's a real character and brought a wonderful atmosphere to the chalet. Highly recommended!

We spent a wonderful week in Alpe d'Huez, and chef Mathieu from Larddestraditions truly helped make it unforgettable. He was exceptional, incredibly flexible and remarkably available, and his cooking was simply delicious! The whole group loved having him around, and it was such a joy not having to worry about meals and cleaning for a few days. He truly made this trip an exceptional experience!
